Common questions
- Where are my webinars?
- Everything you have purchased lives under My Webinars in your dashboard. Bundle purchases unlock every included webinar automatically.
- How do I get my certificate?
- Once you reach the attendance requirement, confirm your attendance on the webinar page and your certificate is generated immediately. It is stored under My Certificates forever.
- Why can't I skip ahead in the video?
- CE credit is awarded for actual attendance. The player records only the portions of a session you genuinely watch, which is what keeps our certificates audit-ready.
- Do you offer exams or quizzes?
- No. Our activities are instructor-directed — you attend the session and earn the credit.
